Section 139

When the appellant has complied with section 138, the Court appealed from shall transmit to the Syariah High Court and to the Chief Syar'ie Prosecutor and to the appellant or his Syar'ie Lawyer a signed copy of the record of the proceedings and of the grounds of the decision together with a copy of the notice and of the petition of appeal.
