(2)
In criminal appeals and matters the Syariah Appeal Court or the Syariah Supreme
Court shall ordinarily give only one judgment which may be pronounced by the Chairman or by such other member of the Syariah Appeal Court or the Syariah Supreme Court as the Chairman may direct but separate judgments shall be delivered if the Chairman so determines.
(3)
The judgment of any member of the Syariah Appeal Court or the Syariah Supreme
Court who is absent may be read by any other Judge.
