Section 215
Whoever, being legally bound to state the truth of any subject to any religious officer, refuses to answer any question demanded of
Syariah Criminal Procedure (Federal Territories) 113
him touching that subject by such officer, in the exercise of the legal powers of such officer, shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
