Cessation of application of the Enactment
of Syariah Criminal Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1997

Where any case or matter is pending before any Court on the coming into force of this Act, the provisions of this Act shall apply in respect of the proceedings of such case or matter to the extent that it causes no injustice.
