Section 230
(1)
Any provisions or interpretation of the provisions under this
Act which is inconsistent with the Hukum Syarak shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void.
(2)
In the event of a lacuna or where any matter is not expressly provided by this Act, the Court shall apply Hukum Syarak.
