Restoration of name of firm in the register of name of firm

Section 41
(1)
Any application for the restoration of the name of a firm in the register of name of firm shall be made in a manner as determined by the Majlis
Peguam Syarie.
(2)
The Majlis Peguam Syarie may, if it thinks fair and reasonable, restore the name of the firm which has been struck off in the register of name of firm.
