Section 86
(1)
The Badan Peguam Syarie shall establish, maintain and administer a fund which shall be known as the Discipline Fund.
(2)
Every Peguam Syarie shall, when he applies for a Supporting
Acknowledgement, pay to the Badan Peguam Syarie a contribution to the
Discipline Fund as determined by the Majlis Peguam Syarie.
