Section 64

Without prejudice to any other power to make rules provided under this Act, the Majlis Peguam Syarie may, with the approval of the Minister, make rules for regulating the professional practice, etiquette, conduct and discipline of the Peguam Syarie, control of property belong to the client of the Peguam Syarie and any matters incidental or supplementary to this Part and the Third Schedule to the Act.
