Section 42

(1)

No officer or servant of the Lembaga or other person who has access to any statement, accounts, record, correspondence, document, information or any other material obtained pursuant to his employment or engagement by the Lembaga shall disclose such statement, accounts, record, correspondence, document, information or other material to any other person unless such disclosure is authorized by the Lembaga.
