Section 34
(1)
There shall be no change in the control of an operator incorporated in Malaysia or registered as a society in Malaysia unless the Director General has given approval in writing for such change.
(2)
In this section, "control" means the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policy of the operator.
