Section 9
(1)
Every operator shall pay such annual registration fees as the Minister may prescribe.
(8)
The Director General shall cause notice of any registration of a takaful business to be published in the Gazette.
(2)
The Minister may prescribe different registration fees for different classes of takaful business.
