Annual general meeting

Section 14
(1)
The Corporation shall during the last three months of each year hold an annual general meeting of members.
(2)
The business to be transacted at an annual general meeting shall be—
(a)
the consideration of annual statement and accounts of the Corporation for the preceding year;
(b)
the consideration of any question raised as to the management of the affairs of the Corporation; and
(c)
the election of the members of the committee to take the place of those retiring.
