Section 18
(1)
Subject to subsection 10(8), sections 25 and 26, all questions for decision at meetings shall be decided by a majority of the votes of the members present and voting.
(2)
Every member other than the President shall have one vote.
(3)
The President shall have no original vote but he shall have and exercise a casting vote.
(4)
Notwithstanding subsection (2), any member other than the President presiding at a meeting shall have an original vote as well as a casting vote.
(5)
Voting shall be by a show of hands or by a ballot if a ballot is demanded by not less than one-quarter of the members present.
