General meetings

Section 16
(1)
The annual general meeting and all extraordinary general meetings are referred to as general meetings after this.
(2)
The committee shall give to the members at least ten days’
notice in writing of any general meeting and such notice shall specify—
(a)
the date, time and place for the holding of the meeting;
(b)
the general nature of the business to be transacted at the meeting; and
(c)
in the case of special business, the concise particulars of the business.
