(1)
The Director shall be the Town and Country Planner.
(2)
The Town and Country Planner shall be the technical adviser of the Council and shall –
(a)
carry out such duties as may be delegated to him by the Council;
(b)
convey to
Local
Authorities the decisions, instructions and recommendations of the Council;
(c)
advise Local Authorities on the preparation of draft schemes.
(3)
The Director shall provide such technical assistance to the Local Authorities as

he may deem necessary to assist them in carrying out their functions and duties under this Ordinance.
