After consideration of all objections the Local Authority shall submit the draft scheme with or without amendments to the Council together with –
(a)
a schedule of the objections (if any) made under section 7 and not withdrawn;
(b)
a schedule of the amendments (if any) framed by the Local Authority with a view to meeting such objections;
(c)
a schedule of the claims to compensation (if any) made under section 7 and the recommendations of the Local Authority thereon.
