Entitlement

Section 13
(1)

Every registered Town Planner shall be entitled to—

(a)

prepare development plans such as structure plans and local plans for the purposes of the Town and

Country Planning Act 1976 [Act 172];

(b)

carry out urban, rural and regional development planning studies, and feasibility and environmental impact assessment studies relating to land use; and

(c)

prepare and submit applications for planning permission, subdivisional layouts, drawings and planning reports to any person or public authority for the purposes of developing any land.

(2)

Nothing contained in this section shall affect the entitlement of any other person under any other written law to do any of the things under paragraphs (1)(a), (b) and (c).
