Certificate of registration

Section 17
(1)
The Registrar shall issue to an applicant whose application for registration has been approved by the Board, a certificate of registration in the prescribed form upon receipt of the prescribed fee.
(2)
A registered Town Planner or registered Graduate
Town Planner who has lost his certificate of registration shall be issued with a duplicate certificate of registration on application made by him and payment of the prescribed fee.
(3)
A certificate of registration shall—
(a)
expire on 31 December of the year in which it is issued; and
(b)
be renewable annually upon payment of the prescribed fee.
