Section 3
(1)
The Yang di-Pertuan Agong shall appoint a Director General of
Trade Unions who shall have the general supervision, direction and control of all matters relating to trade unions throughout Malaysia.
(2)
In the absence of the Director General of Trade Unions, the
Deputy Director General shall have all powers and may discharge all duties and perform all functions conferred on the Director General of
Trade Unions under this Act.
