(2)
The head of a Branch Campus may be known by such other name as may be specified by the Minister.
(3)
The terms of office and other conditions of the service of the head of a
Branch Campus shall be determined by the Minister, after consultation with the
Vice-Chancellor.
(4)
The head of a Branch Campus shall be the principal executive, administrative and academic officer of the Branch Campus and shall perform his functions and discharge his duties under the direction and control of the
Vice-Chancellor.
