Section 17A
(a)
the Vice-Chancellor, who shall be the chairman;
(b)
all Deputy Vice-Chancellors;
(c)
the Registrar;
(d)
the Bursar;
(e)
the Legal Adviser; and
(f)
such other officers of the University appointed by the Vice-Chancellor.

The Management Committee of the University shall advise the Vice-Chancellor relating to his administrative and management functions.
