Section 27
(a)
who has been refused registration by the Board;
(b)
who has been registered but is dissatisfied with any terms, conditions or restrictions imposed by the Board;
(c)
who having been registered is dissatisfied with any order made by the Board under section 24; or
(d)
whose reinstatement under section 26 has been refused by the
Board, may within thirty days of being notified of such refusal, restriction or order, appeal to the Appeal Board which may thereupon make such orders as it may deem just or proper including any directions as to the cost of the appeal.
(2)
The Board shall give effect to any order made by the Appeal Board.
