Section 28

A member of the Appeal Board shall unless he sooner resigns his office or has his appointment revoked, hold office for such term as may be specified in the instrument appointing him and shall be eligible for reappointment.

The Board shall provide the Appeal Board with such secretarial services as are necessary for the Appeal Board to fulfil its functions.
