Section 29

On receipt of the notice of appeal the President of the Board or in his absence, the member delegated by the President so to do, shall cause to be prepared within three months of the receipt of such notice a record of the proceedings of the Board and a statement setting out the grounds on which the

Board arrived at its decision.

Upon receiving the record of proceedings and the grounds of decision of the Board the Chairman of the Appeal Board shall convene a meeting of the

Appeal Board to hear the appeal.

The Appeal Board after hearing the appeal may, on a majority decision, confirm or vary the decision of the Board.

The Appeal Board shall at its discretion determine its own procedure and the costs of and incidental to the appeal.

The decision of the Appeal Board shall be final.
