Functions and duties of State Water Authority

(2)
No person shall supply water for public consumption without a licence issued by the State Water Authority.
(3)
In the discharge of its powers and functions, the State
Water Authority shall comply with such directions as may be given by the Minister from time to time, and such directions or guidelines made by the Council.
(4)
The State Water Authority may, with the approval of the
Minister, delegate any of its powers or functions conferred by this
Ordinance or regulations made hereunder, to any statutory body, or another public officer or any other person.
