Section 39

Any person who wilfully or negligently misuses or wastes or allows to be misused or wasted any water supplied from the waterworks, either through any supply pipe or public standpipe, shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, a fine of one thousand ringgit, and, in the case of a second or subsequent offence, imprisonment for six months and a fine of three thousand ringgit.
