Licensing of statutory water company

Section 25

—

(1)

A statutory water company shall be subject to the general supervision and control of the State Water Authority and shall undertake the supply and distribution of water to consumers under a licence to be issued by the State Water Authority.

(2)

The period of such licence shall be determined by the

Minister and shall contain such terms and conditions as he deems fit to impose.
