Action for injunction

Section 17
(1)
The court shall have power in any application for injunction under paragraph 15(1)(B) to order any person to refrain from continuing, repeating or threatening to continue or repeat the act of detrimental action against a whistleblower or any person related to or associated with the whistleblower.
(2)
Pending the final determination of an application referred to in subsection (1), the court may grant an interim injunction.
