Settlements who is a contributor under the Widows’ and Orphans’

Pension Ordinance of the said Colony has been transferred to the service of any Malay State where no provision has been made by law for the granting of pensions to widows and children of persons employed in its service and the contribution of such contributor under the said Widows’ and Orphans’ Pension Ordinance is in arrear, such arrears shall be deducted from any salary which may subsequently be payable to him by the Government.
