Section 16

of WIDOWS AND ORPHANS PENSION ACT 1915

Section 16

(1)

When a contributor on leave of absence is paid by the

Crown Agents, he shall be entitled to receive ninety-six or forty-six per cent of his nominal salary, according as he is on full or half pay leave, converted in the case of ringgit salaries into sterling at the rate of exchange at which such contributor is entitled to receive such salary.
