Section 35
(1)
Where the parties entitled to pensions are minors such pensions may on order of the Directors be paid either to the legal guardian or guardians of such minors or to such minors or to such person or persons as the Directors may in their absolute discretion think fit and proper persons to apply the same for the benefit of such minors and after payment the Directors and the
Government shall be free from all responsibility in respect of such payment.
