Section 37

All questions and disputes as to who is entitled to be deemed a contributor, the right of a widow or child to a pension, the amount of such pension, or the rights or liabilities of any person under this Act shall be referred by the Directors to the Chief

Secretary to the Government whose decision shall be binding and conclusive on all parties and shall be final to all intents and purposes and shall not be subject to appeal or to be questioned or revised by any Court of justice.
