Section 5e

Where a contributor who on 15 June 1970 was married or was a widower with children of pensionable age, opted to cease to contribute in accordance with subsection 5c(3) (as inserted by the **Emergency (Essential Powers) Ordinance No. 33, 1970), there shall be payable—
