Section 65 of the principal Act is amended—

Section 37
(a)
in the shoulder note, by inserting after the words
“protected wildlife” the words “or controlled wildlife”;
(b)
by inserting after the words “any part or derivative of a protected wildlife” the words “or controlled wildlife”;
(c)
by substituting for the words “a fine of not less than twenty thousand ringgit and not more than fifty thousand ringgit” the words “a fine of not less than fifty thousand ringgit”; and
(d)
by substituting for the words “one year” the words
“fifteen years”.
