“Carrying out business of dealing without licence
(a)
by substituting for the words “a fine of not less than twenty thousand ringgit and not more than fifty thousand ringgit” the words “a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit”; and
(b)
by substituting for the words “two years” the words
“three years”.
