(1)
The wakil Amil shall be responsible for –
(a)
the collection of zakat and fitrah;
(b)
the issue of an official receipt bearing his signature to every person who has paid zakat and fitrah; and
(c)
the surrender of all zakat and fitrah collection to the Division.
