Section 5
(1)
A meeting of the Jawatankuasa shall be held at least once in three months.
(2)
The Jawatankuasa shall not hold any meeting unless there is a quorum of at least five members present in that meeting.
(3)
Decision in the meeting shall be made in accordance with the system of syura.
