13o. Section 13o

At every general meeting, every member present in person shall have one vote and where there is equality of votes, the Chairman of that meeting shall have a casting vote.

Voting at a general meeting may be by show of hands or by secret ballot if the members at the meeting so decide.

For the purposes of this section, “general meeting” includes annual general meeting and extraordinary general meeting.
