(1)

Subject to the direction of the general meeting of members of the Law Society, the Executive

Committee shall have power to expend the funds of the Law Society in accordance with the objects of the Law Society.

(2)

All cheques shall be signed by the Treasurer of the Executive Committee and countersigned by the

President or Secretary of the Executive Committee.
