Perintah Bantuan Guaman (Pindaan) 1973 is Malaysia P.U. (A), cited as P.U. (A) 104 1973, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1973.
The First Schedule to the Customs Duties Order, 1968, is hereby amended by substituting for the figures "$500" appearing in column 4 against heading number 73.20 200 the figures "$1,456".

AKTA BANTUAN GUAMAN, 1971
Opening note
Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Bantuan Guaman (Pindaan), 1973, dan hendaklah disifatkan sebagai telah mula berkuatkuasa pada.7hb April, 1973.
Jadual Kedua kepada. Akta Bantuan Guaman, 1971 adalah dengan ini dipinda dengan memasukkan kedalamnya butiran yang berikut:
"1. Semua pembicaraan jenayah dimana yang dituduh tidak diwakili oleh Peguam mengaku salah kepada tuduhan atau tuduhan-tuduhan dan ingin membuat rayuan untuk meringankan hukuman berkenaan dengannya."
Jadual Ketiga kepada Akta Bantuan Guaman, 1971 adalah dengan ini dipinda dengan:
memasukkan selepas perkataan "nafkah" dalam butiran 4 perkataan-perkataan "jagaan, penceraian dan hartasapencarian";
memasukkan selepas butiran 6 butiran baharu yang berikut: "7. Hak-hak dan tanggungan-tanggungan di bawah Akta (Pembahagian) Harta Pesaka Kecil, 1955."
Jadual Keempat kepada Akta Bantuan Guaman, 1971, adalah dengan ini dipinda dengan memasukkan kedalamnya butiran yang berikut:
"3. Hak-hak dan tanggungan-tanggungan di bawah Ordinan Pemberipinjam Wang, 1951.".

LEGAL AID ACT,
Opening note
This order may be cited as the Legal Aid (Amendment) Order, 1973, and shall be deemed to have come into force on 7th April, 1973.
The Second Schedule to the Legal Aid Act, 1971, is hereby amended by inserting therein the following item:
"1/ All criminal proceedings in which the accused not being represented by counsel pleads guilty to the charge or charges and wishes to make a plea in mitigation in respect thereof."
The Third Schedule to the Legal Aid Act, 1971, is hereby amended by:
inserting after the word "maintenance" in item 4 therein the words "custody, divorce and hartasapencarian";
inserting after item 6 therein the following new item: "7. Rights and liabilities under the Small Estates (Distribution) Act, 1955.".
The Fourth Schedule to the Legal Aid Act, 1971, is hereby amended by inserting therein the following item:
"3. Rights and liabilities under the Moneylenders Ordinance, 1951.".
