Pencetakan, pengimportan, penghasilan, penghasilan semula, penerbitan, penjualan, pengeluaran, pengelilingan, pengedaran atau pemilikan hasil penerbitan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang mungkin memudaratkan ketenteraman awam dan yang mungkin memudaratkan kepentingan awam adalah dilarang secara mutlak di seluruh Malaysia.

PRINTING PRESSES AND PUBLICATIONS
(CONTROL OF UNDESIRABLE PUBLICATIONS) (NO. 42) ORDER 2017
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(1)
of the
Printing Presses and Publications Act 1984 [Act 301], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Printing Presses and Publications
(Control of Undesirable Publications) (No. 42) Order 2017.
Prohibition 2.
The printing, importation, production, reproduction, publishing, sale, issue, circulation, distribution or possession of the publications described in the Schedule which are likely to be prejudicial to public order and which are prejudicial to public interest are absolutely prohibited throughout Malaysia.
