Service of notices

Section 18
(1)
Any notice required to be served on a licensed operator under this
Act shall be served—
(a)
by delivering the notice personally to the licensed operator; or
(b)
by posting the notice by registered post addressed to the licensed operator.
(2)
Where a notice is posted in accordance with paragraph (1)(b), the notice shall be deemed to have been served on the licensed operator on the expiry of one week from the date it is posted.
