(a)
grant the application and issue a certificate of accreditation to the higher education provider upon payment of the prescribed fees; or
(b)
refuse the application, stating the grounds for refusal.
(2)
Upon issuance of the certificate of accreditation under paragraph (1)(a) the Agency shall enter the particulars of the certificate into the Register.
(3)
For the purpose of considering an application under subsection 56(1), the Agency may conduct an institutional audit.
