58. Certificate of accreditation

The certificate of accreditation shall specify the programme and the state the premises in which the programme shall be conducted or facilitated.

“certificate” means the certificate of provisional accreditation, the certificate of accreditation, certificate of self-accreditation or the certificate of equivalence, as the case may be;
In the case of a foreign programme or qualification, the Agency may specify in the certificate of accreditation the programme or qualification as being equivalent to a programme or qualification in the Framework.

“Agency” means the Malaysian Qualifications Agency established under section 4;
