No proceedings for any offence against this Act may be instituted by the Authority except with the written consent of the
Authority
―Authority‖ means the Labuan Financial Services Authority established under section 3 of the Labuan Financial Services Authority Act 1996;
Public Prosecutor.
Proceedings for any offence against this Act other than an offence punishable with imprisonment for a term exceeding three years may be prosecuted in a Magistrate’s Court and an offence punishable with imprisonment for a term exceeding three years shall be prosecuted in the Sessions Court or in the High Court.
Authority
