The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Authority, exempt any Labuan trust or Labuan Special Trust from any of the provisions of this Act and may, in granting such exemption, impose such terms and conditions as the Minister thinks fit.
Minister
―Minister‖ means the Minister for the time being charged with the responsibility for finance;
Authority
―Authority‖ means the Labuan Financial Services Authority established under section 3 of the Labuan Financial Services Authority Act 1996;
Labuan trust
―Labuan trust‖ has the meaning assigned to it under subsection 8(1);
Minister
―Minister‖ means the Minister for the time being charged with the responsibility for finance;
trust
―trust‖ includes the trust property and the rights, powers, duties, interests, relationships and obligations under a trust;
