The provisions of the Trustee Act 1949 [Act 208], the Trustees
(Incorporation) Act 1952 [Act 258] and section 9 of the Government
Proceedings Act 1956 [Act 359] shall not apply to a Labuan trust validly created or enforced or registered under this Act.
