Section 5 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
in subsection (2)—
(i)
by substituting for the words “The Corporation”
the words “The Minister”; and
(ii)
by substituting for the word “it” the words “the
Minister”; and
(b)
by inserting after subsection (4) the following subsection:
“(5) The Controller or Deputy Controller may perform all the duties imposed and exercise all the powers conferred on an Assistant Controller under this Act.”.
