Section 49
(1)
No part of any water supply system or sewerage system shall be worked, managed or operated or cause to be worked, managed or operated except by and under the control of persons possessing such qualifications and holding such certificates as may be provided in this Act or as may be prescribed.
(2)
A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.
