Prohibition against reproduction or publication

Section 39
(1)
No person shall reproduce or publish or cause to be reproduced or published the contents of any research findings or any part thereof except—
(a)
with the prior written consent of the Director General;
and
(b)
in accordance with any terms and conditions as the
Director General may determine.
(2)
Any person who contravenes this section commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
